Around Dzierżoniow

The tour though the plain areas of Kotlina Dzierżoniowska and around Dzierżoniow and Bielawa will not cause significant troubles even for those who rarely goes biking. The steep climbs do not discomfort the pleasant trip although a couple of times you have to press the pedals a little harder especially in Ostroszowice and Jodłownik areas. Here however the eyes are delighted with the view of the Sowie Mountains standing high before us with densely forested steep slopes. On the other sections of the route you can also see the Sudety though nice panorama also opens up on Bielawskie and Krzyżowe hills and Ślęża Massif. Along the way you can visit lots of interesting sights and those ones who does not know the old city of Dzierżoniów can easily modify the route to see its temple and other relics of the past. The route can also be easily combined with "Overlooking the Sowie Mountains" tour. Using the section from Dobrocin to Ostroszowice you can cover a big half-day loop around Dzierżoniow beating nearly 50 km.
