Information

Nature, curiosity, adventure, passion and the desire to create a new and unique wine brought together five friends. who planted 9 grape varieties on the slope of a hill in Nieman. Each variety was carefully selected to create a wine unique to its local origin in terms of taste and atmosphere. Nemchansk Vineyard was established in 2017. The relatively young plantings in 2018 produced the first small harvest and from this vintage the first Nemchansk wine was made. Two types of varietals were planted on the vineyard. Classic vitis vinifera i.e. Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Czech Palava (a cross between Tramina červený and Müller Thurgau). Modern PIWI, meanwhile, is represented by grape varieties such as Solaris, Cabernet Blanc (derived from Cabernet Savignion), Muscaris (Solaris from Muscat White) and Cabernet Cortis (a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Solaris). The total planting is 3.1ha. Terrace planting is currently underway and from 2020 we will have more than 4ha. Our wines pair perfectly with the dishes in the restaurants at the Niemcza Wino&Spa Hotel and Owl Valley Drink&Eat&Sleep
