With January dates: the 40th anniversary of his death and last year's 105th anniversary of the birth of this underground activist, social activist, scout, Honorary Citizen of Sobótka, and man who worked with light, the Ślęża Museum invites you to the opening of its anniversary exhibition. ???? śliwaFka appears as the exhibition's name – because "the road is slippery today," because it's a snapshot of his fate, because it's an aperture set to the greatest possible depth of field of his life, through which we glide. ???? This is not a typical photography exhibition. This is an exhibition about a photographer from Ślęża, who you need to know. ???? We will show him against the backdrop of Sobótka and among its post-war residents, in front of the camera, but also with the city seen through his eyes. ???? The exhibition includes exhibits, documents, unpublished photos, memoirs, and: ▪️For the first time, his shots of pre-war and wartime Łuków ▪️Young Józef with the occupiers in close proximity ▪️Interior of the studio ▪️Apricots that can change a person's fate ▪️Other interesting facts

The exhibition includes exhibits, documents, unpublished photos, memoirs, and: for the first time, his shots of pre-war and wartime Łuków; young Józef with the occupiers in close proximity; the interior of the studio; apricots that can change human fate; and other curiosities.
