The bakery "Piekarnia Jędruś" from Łojowice specializes in traditional bread and cakes, among which the most popular one is meringue cheesecake. The recipe comes from old family notes although it was slightly modified by the bakery's owners and employees. Quality of ingredients such as good farmer's cheese, fresh eggs and milk are a prioriry. The cheesecake mass is layered on top of a traditional cake base.
