The artificial lake was built between 1947-1948 in the valley of the brook Krzywula. It has an area of 12 hectares and the deepest point reaches more than 7 m. The idea behind the creation of the reservoir was to collect water for the supply of industrial sugar plantations, but it also features sports facilities. You can relax on the spacious beach. The tank is also used by anglers. The fish species include carp, bream, roach, perch-pike, crucian carp and perch, and pike, eel and tenches.
