The Cooperation Project “WROTA Regionu” encompasses three Local Action Groups (LAG): Lider A4, Gromnik and Ślężanie – all located in the picturesque landscapes of Lower Silesia near Wrocław. The many attractions of such municipalities as Kąty Wrocławskie, Dzierżoniów, and Strzelin, encourage tourists to enjoy outdoor activities and sightseeing in the area. The surroundings of the Sowie Mountains, the massif of Mt. Ślęża, and the hills Wzgórza Niemczańsko-Strzelińskie, include numerous hiking trails that run across the region. The entire area is also very well connected with larger urban centres through the A4 motorway, as well as many other large roads and railway lines.
