  Wine from under Sleza Created with passion in a place where ancient beliefs meet modernity. about the winery Our wine is bottled when we are sure that the time has come. Behind all of them are two people and their passion - Jadzia and Piotr. Four years ago we bought the first hectare of land and that's how it all started. Today the vineyard includes both the cultivation of black currant of the Gofert variety and grapevines. Most of the plantings are Gewurztraminer, for which we specifically went to Alsace wanting to bring out the unique aroma of this variety. We don't make wine.
We create them. Our goal is to create the highest quality Polish wine, based on indigenous fruits as well as top-class grapes. We create all our wines ourselves, taking care of every detail of production. We listen to the comments of friends so that our wines meet the expectations of the most demanding consumers. Currant wine; Rich and aromatic, it owes its unusual character to the long maceration of the whole fruit, with a delicate hint of oak barrel, with perfectly balanced high acidity and sweetness. We recommend serving gently chilled.

Honey and elderberry grape; A wine made from white grapes fermented with elderflowers and honey. Light and floral, with low acidity, it surprises with its unusual aroma. We recommend serving chilled.

Inspiration Rosa; A rosehip wine, seduces with its color and remarkable bouquet. With the character of southern wines, ideal with cakes and desserts. We recommend serving gently chilled.

Inspiration Black; Powerful and essential, with a deep ruby color. A unique composition of aromas of black and red fruits with a dominant note of cherries and blackberries and a delicate hint of vanilla. A Porto-type wine. We recommend serving at room temperature.

Inspiration Red; A classic red grape wine. Extremely velvety and fleshy, it owes its harmonious structure to aging. We recommend serving at room temperature.

Inspiration Rose; A classic pink grape wine, delicate and fruity, with rich aromas of strawberries and strawberries. We recommend serving chilled.

Inspiration White; A grape wine, a coupage of floral notes of Solaris with the minerality of Riesling. Composes with many dishes. We recommend serving chilled.
