In the Medieval Times

Ancient history of this lands has been retained in numerous monuments of architecture, which nowadays carry out its remarkable evidence. For the lovers of the Middle Ages we recommend first of all visiting the monumental churches and great castles. On our way we often come across the other witnesses of ancient times: the pillory, the jougs or penitential crosses are unusual objects, which tell the stories of dark history! We also offer to visit the historical market places in Wiązów, Strzelin and Sobótka as well as other rare and interesting medieval objects such as still inhabited residential tower in Biestrzyków or defense walls in Niemcza.
