The route of churches and chapels – Lider LAG

The proposed tour is aimed to show the richness of the sacred objects in Wrocław municipalities such as Kobierzyce, Kąty Wrocławskie, Żórawina and Siechnice. There is an opportunity to visit most of these old churches in the mentioned municipalities. The tourism of the kind can be recommended mostly to the lovers of gothic architecture. The vast majority of the objects presented here have the origin that dates back to the Middle Ages. Among the oldest churches the following ones should be mentioned – the churches in Tyniec nad Ślężą, in Sośnica and in Bielany Wrocławskie. Another one to be mentioned as well is the moated gothic and mannerist church located in Żórawina. Having decided to visit churches and having started our way we certainly come across one of the integral elements of the local landscape: penitential crosses.
